Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business, and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients. They will be expected to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- Research and understand the market to target the right customers and industries.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to new and existing customers.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information to clients about product features and benefits.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Track and analyze sales data, ensuring that sales targets are being met.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
- Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in manufacturing field).
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to clients.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work well independently and within a team.
- Negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales automation tools.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify customer needs and offer effective solutions.
Salary: 12000-40000(+5000 incentive)
