Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller (BIPC Background)Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Telecallers with a strong academic background in BIPC (Biology, Physics, Chemistry). The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our services, and engaging with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students and parents.
Explain courses and services related to BIPC and allied fields.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating.
Answer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with interested candidates regularly.
Maintain records of calls and update the database.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must have completed Intermediate (10+2) with BIPC.
Candidates with BIPC-related graduation (e.g., Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, etc.) are preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Telugu.Basic knowledge of BIPC subjects is required.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to convince and engage customersPositive attitude and self-motivationBasic computer
knowledgeExperience:
