Branch Sales Manager

Job Description – Branch Manager / Business Development Manager / Team Leader :

Lead and manage branch operations, sales activities, and business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, educational, government, and channel partners.

Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and oversee the sales pipeline.Guide, motivate, and mentor the sales and support teams to improve performance and productivity.

Monitor team targets, customer satisfaction, and overall branch profitability.

Coordinate with procurement, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution and customer support.

Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market analysis for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and business networking activities.

Qualification: Graduate/MBA with 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Branch Operations, or Team Management. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills are essential.
