Marketing Agent

Crafthaus Interiors is looking for energetic and customer-friendly Marketing Executives to promote our interior design services on weekends. The selected candidate will be deployed at designated locations to interact with potential customers, distribute promotional materials, generate leads, and collect customer information for follow-up by our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to prospective customers.
• Engage with residents and visitors professionally and explain Crafthaus Interior services.
• Generate customer interest and encourage inquiries.
• Collect customer details including:
• Name
• Mobile Number
• Email ID (if available)
• Property Type (Apartment/Villa/Independent House)
• Interior Requirement Status
• Maintain accurate lead records and submit them to the company at the end of each day.
• Represent the Crafthaus brand professionally at all times.
• Share daily activity reports and lead generation updates.

Eligibility

• Minimum Intermediate (12th Pass) or above.
• Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
• Friendly, presentable, and confident personality.
• Prior marketing, promotion, sales, or customer interaction experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

• Lead Generation Incentive: As per company policy.
• Closure Incentive: Additional incentive for every customer converted into a confirmed interior project through the generated lead.

Working Days & Hours

• Saturday and Sunday
• Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM

Performance Expectations

• Minimum daily lead generation target as assigned by the company.
• Accurate customer data collection.
• Professional conduct and positive customer interaction.
