Business Development Executive

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales / Counter Sales Executive to drive in-store sales and enhance customer experience at Jay Durga Furnishing. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into sales.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + up to ₹10,000 Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist walk-in customers at the store
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
• Promote products like curtains, blinds, bedsheets, sofas, wallpapers, etc.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections
• Handle billing coordination and support order processing
• Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat sales
• Ensure store display and presentation is well maintained
• Coordinate with backend/store team for smooth order execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in retail sales / counter sales / inside sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and selling ability
• Basic knowledge of furnishing / textile products is an advantage
• Presentable and customer-friendly approach
• Ability to work on sales targets
