Job Description

Business Development Manager (Real Estate Sales & Lead Gen)Job OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive our real estate sales through a mix of proactive telecalling, lead generation, and client meetings. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from making the first cold call to closing the deal and maintaining long-term client relationships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Lead Gen: Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective leads from our database to introduce our real estate projects.
  • Client Consultation: Understand client requirements (budget, location, BHK) and pitch suitable residential/commercial properties.
  • Site Visits: Schedule and lead site visits for potential buyers, providing detailed information on project amenities and pricing.
  • Sales Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and new project launches.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and site visits in the CRM system.
  • Channel Partnering: Identify and build relationships with channel partners and brokers to expand the sales network.
