Cluster Manager

Responsibilities: Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business

Performance

Monitor and drive sales targets across

all franchise stores in the cluster

Analyse store-wise performance and

implement strategies to improve revenue

Ensure achievement of monthly,

quarterly, and annual targets

2. Franchise Relationship

Management

Act as the

primary point of contact for franchise partners

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships

Resolve partner concerns and ensure satisfaction

3. Operations & Compliance

Ensure all stores

adhere to company policies, SOPs, and brand guidelines

Conduct regular

store visits and audits

Monitor

inventory, stock levels, and replenishment

4. Team Management &

Training

Supervise store

managers and sales teams within the cluster

Conduct regular

training programs on sales, product knowledge, and customer service

Track staff

performance and ensure productivity

5. Customer Experience

Ensure high

standards of customer service across all outlets

Address customer

complaints and improve overall experience

6. Reporting & MIS

Prepare

daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, stock, and operations

Track KPIs and

present insights to senior management

7. Expansion & Growth

Identify

opportunities for new franchise openings within the cluster

Support

onboarding and setup of new franchise stores

Requisite

Skills:

Strong leadership and team

management skills

Excellent communication

and negotiation abilities

Analytical and

problem-solving skills

Good understanding of

franchise operations

Ability to handle multiple

locations simultaneously

Education

and Experience:

Graduate

3–6 years of experience in

retail clothing, Franchise Store, or franchise management

Experience in handling

multiple outlets/regions.

Experience in Visual

Merchandise
