Job Description


Requirement Job role:-

  • Operating CMM having minimum 4 to 5 years' operating experience independently
  • Can make CMM programme as per drawing independently.
  • Establish measurement method based on drawing and fit and function requirement.
  • Use of COSMOS software [Mitutoyo Make] will be preferred .
  • Understand GD&T symbols[Positions ,profile errors ,composite tolerances, Flatness ,concentricity etc. and apply measurement strategies.
  • Can perform measurement on VMM , Harness tester , roughness measurement and customised test.
  • Formulate inspection and NC reports.
  • Perform gauge validation and calibration activities .
