Content Creator

We are hiring a dynamic Content Creator & Sales Promoter to ensure that no in-store activity goes unnoticed and every customer interaction is turned into engaging digital content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, creating, and promoting high-quality content that drives both online engagement and in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. In-Store Content Coverage

• Actively capture real-time customer interactions in the store.
• Record clips of customers visiting, exploring products, and making purchases.
• Ensure authentic and engaging storytelling through daily store activity.

2. New Stock Updates

• Create visually appealing content showcasing new arrivals.
• Highlight features, pricing, and unique selling points of new products.
• Maintain consistency so no new stock goes unfeatured.

3. Knowledge-Sharing Reels

• Produce short, informative reels about Mac products and accessories.
• Educate customers on features, comparisons, tips, and usage.
• Simplify technical information into engaging, easy-to-understand content.

4. Sales Promotion

• Combine content creation with sales intent to drive footfall and conversions.
• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and in-store experiences.
• Engage with customers both online and offline to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in mobile videography and editing (Reels/Shorts).
• Basic understanding of Apple/Mac products.
• Creative mindset with marketing awareness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Goal:

To ensure no content opportunity in-store is missed, while boosting brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales through consistent, high-quality content creation.

Clip Coverage Requirement (Mandatory):

The candidate must consistently produce content in these 3 core categories:

1. Customer visits, product exploration, and purchase moments
2. New stock and product updates
3. Educational/knowledge-sharing reels about Macs
