Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Cook to prepare delicious, hygienic, home-style meals for our guest house facility of approximately 40 residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meal Preparation: Cook high-quality meals twice a day.
- Menu Planning: Prepare a healthy, rotating menu of North and South Indian cuisines.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Inventory Control: Assist in managing kitchen groceries and reporting shortages in advance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience cooking in bulk (hostels, guest houses, co-living spaces, or catering).
- Skills: Ability to cook tasty, consistent meals for 40+ people efficiently and on time.
- Traits: Punctual, hygienic, and organized.
Job Details:
- Timings: Split shift from 5:30 AM – 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM
