Job Description
🚀 Hiring: Customer Service Associate (CSA) & Play Area Executive
📍 Location: Jus Jumpin, Lakeshore Mall, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Ensure children's safety and provide an enjoyable play experience.
- Handle ticketing, memberships, billing, and customer queries (CSA).
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the play area.
- Support birthday parties and daily store operations.
- Work collaboratively to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+2 / Graduate.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Energetic, responsible, and child-friendly personality.
- Retail, hospitality, or play area experience is an added advantage.
