Job Title: Culinary Trainer

Role Summary

The Chef Trainer is responsible for maintaining consistency in taste, quality, across all franchise locations. This role involves frequent travel to franchise outlets to demonstrate standardized recipes, train kitchen staff, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines developed at the Central Kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to franchise locations to conduct on-site training and product demonstrations. 

• Demonstrate preparation techniques for all brand-developed menu items from the Central Kitchen. 

• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, presentation, and hygiene standards across all outlets. 

• Train chefs and kitchen staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), recipes, and cooking methods. 

• Conduct quality audits and provide actionable feedback to franchise partners. 

• Collaborate with the Central Kitchen team to update recipes, improve processes, and introduce new products. 

• Identify gaps in execution and recommend corrective actions. 

• Support new franchise openings with kitchen setup, staff training, and menu rollout. 

• Maintain documentation of training sessions, audits, and compliance reports.

• Primary Job Location: Hyderabad

• Need to Travel: As and when required on instructions from the Central Kitchen team.

• Salary: 30,000 To 50,000

• Other Benefits: PF, Travel Allowance, Duty Meals, Accommodation when in Hyderabad.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional chef, preferably in FMCG & HORECA sectors.

• Strong knowledge of food standardization and quality control.

• Excellent training and communication skills.

• Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different kitchen environments.

• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
