Job Title: Customer Care & Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Care & Sales Executives to handle incoming customer calls and convert enquiries into paid memberships. The role involves assisting users, explaining membership plans, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries
  • Explain membership plans and premium services
  • Convert leads into paid memberships
  • Follow up with prospective customers
  • Maintain call and customer records

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi and Tamil
  • Proficiency in Telugu is good to have
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Sales and customer-service mindset
  • Prior experience in telesales/customer support preferred
