Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Executive / Helpdesk Support – Liquor Counter Software
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month based on experience
About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for Liquor Counter software, a retail billing and stock management software used by liquor stores and bars.
The candidate will support customers over phone, WhatsApp, chat, and AnyDesk. Training will be provided on the software.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer support calls and WhatsApp messages
- Help customers with billing, sales, stock, invoices, reports, and closing-related issues
- Provide remote support using AnyDesk
- Guide new users on how to use the software
- Maintain support issue details in Excel / Google Sheets
- Coordinate with the internal team for unresolved issues
- Follow up with customers until the issue is closed
Required Skills
- Telugu speaking is mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge is preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication and patience while handling customers
- Willingness to learn retail software support
Education
B.Com, B.A., BBA, or any degree with basic accounting/computer knowledge.
Freshers with good Telugu communication and computer knowledge can also apply.
