Position Summary

Infor are recruiting a passionate Data Analyst to join our team and help turn raw data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate combines curiosity, critical thinking, and technical acumen to solve complex business challenges.
This is more than a reporting role. As a Data Analyst, you’ll collaborate across departments, influence product and operational strategies, and contribute directly to enhancing customer experiences through intelligent, data-driven decisions. A Day in the Life Typically Includes: Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders to define and scope analytical needs Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from diverse sources, ensuring data quality and consistency Create insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms Develop and maintain KPIs and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating data into business language Support predictive modelling efforts and advanced analytics projects alongside data scientists Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Infor’s analytics framework, tools, and best practices Basic Qualifications Experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role Experience with SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages. Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Essential Duties

• Develop MS-SQL queries and procedures, Visual Basic Application Developers.
• Create custom reports, maintain, customize, and build queries to generate the reports.
• Work independently owning the opportunity from end to end including implementation & maintenance with minimal direction as vital.

Basic Qualifications

• Clear communicator (written and verbal), including technical writing skills. Understanding of systems engineering concepts. Business case development Modeling techniques and methods
• Proficient in database procedures, Microsoft SQL Server concepts and data management
• Exposure to Macro, MS Excel, scripting, SQL VB & VBA Programming
• Good understanding of DB structure, Queries builder, Form Designing and Report Designing in MS Access
• Team player
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Self-Starter with Sense of ownership
• Effective Time Management
• Excellent Communication Skills.

Preferred Qualifications

•Degree in computer science with work experience ranging between 1 to 3 years
