Job Description Summary
- Responsible for defining, maintaining, and governing high-quality master and reference data, including establishing data standards, models, and FAIR Data Steward is a subject matter expert responsible for defining data standards and ensuring high-quality, reliable data across assigned domains. They drive master and reference data management, enforce FAIR and governance principles, and monitor data quality to ensure it is fit for business use.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage business data and metadata requirements across GCS and TRD domains.
- Enable FAIRification by identifying data assets and source systems for onboarding.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain data definitions, specifications, and reference data.
- Capture and manage metadata, including data lineage and documentation.
- Establish and enforce data quality rules, standards, and governance practices.
- Monitor, analyse, and resolve data quality issues while driving continuous improvement.
- Support testing, data validation, and evaluation of data quality metrics and dashboards.
- Drive data strategy and governance by collaborating with IT, MDM, and business stakeholders to implement quality, cleansing, and stewardship frameworks.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ Years hands on Data Governance Experience across Data Quality, Master Data Management & Metadata Management
- Ability to drive Data Governance frameworks and adoption with global stakeholders
- Experience with Data Governance Tool Stack such as Collibra, Atacama or similar
Desirable Requirements:
- Exposure to Gen AI Solutioning
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JSON etc…
