Open Position: Digital Marketing Executive / Social Media Optimizer (SMO)

Role Overview

Sloka International School is hiring a Social Media Optimizer to manage digital marketing campaigns, strengthen brand presence, and generate admission leads through structured content and paid advertisements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Ads

• Plan and run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Generate quality admission leads. Track and improve CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Maintain campaign tracking reports.

2. Content Planning

• Create a monthly content calendar. Write captions, ad copies, and scripts for school campaigns.
• Maintain consistent branding across campuses.

3. Creative Coordination

• Work with designers and videographers for reels, posters, and testimonials.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives.

4. Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with Admissions team to improve lead quality.
• Work with agencies and management for campaign execution.

5. Reporting

• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Present campaign results and improvement plans.

6. Event & Brand Coverage

• Ensure digital coverage of school events.
• Maintain professional brand communication.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing (Education preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads / Business Suite.
• Good English communication.
• Ability to create content for schools.

Preferred

• Experience in CBSE/Cambridge school branding.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (DaVinci / Premiere).
