About the RoleThe Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their learning goals, recommending suitable language courses, and helping them complete the admission process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build trust with students and parents.

The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training at our Bangalore office before being posted to Hyderabad.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and parents regarding language courses and career opportunities.
• Understand student requirements and recommend the most suitable course.
• Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, website, and online enquiries.
• Follow up with leads until admission is completed.
• Explain course structure, schedules, fees, and payment options.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and student interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
• Participate in educational seminars, promotional activities, and counselling events whenever required.
• EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, education sales, admissions, customer relationship management, or similar roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Good computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM software.
• TrainingSelected candidates must complete their initial training at our Bangalore office.
• Accommodation or training support may be provided as per company policy.
• Successful completion of the training program is mandatory before joining the Hyderabad branch.
