Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and business units. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse offerings and resources to create comprehensive solutions that deliver significant value. The architect ensures that these solutions are closely aligned with the strategic objectives of the client s organization, while also considering the broader impact on the company s goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of solution effectiveness are key aspects of the daily routine, fostering innovation and driving transformational change.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align solution architecture with business objectives and client needs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall expertise and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency across projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong experience in solution architecture and integration of complex systems.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management concepts and tools.
- Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
