Job Description
Manage overall residential facility operations including housekeeping, security, engineering, landscaping, and common area maintenance.
Ensure smooth functioning of all MEP services (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, Fire & Life Safety systems).
Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance issues, safety concerns, and improvement areas.
Coordinate with residents, association members, vendors, and internal teams for service delivery.
Manage and monitor AMC contracts, vendor performance, and service quality.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly operation reports.
Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety standards.
Manage housekeeping standards, hygiene, waste management, and pest control activities.
Monitor security operations and emergency response procedures.
Handle resident complaints and ensure timely closure.
Control facility budgets, petty cash, and operational expenses.
Lead and train facility staff including technicians, housekeeping, and security teams.
Support audits, inspections, and transition activities.
