• Career Guidance: Assess clients' skills, interests, and professional goals to map out suitable IT career trajectories.
• Program Advising: Guide prospective students or professionals in selecting appropriate IT training, boot camps, or degree programs.
• Skill Assessment: Administer aptitude tests or evaluate current technical proficiencies to identify knowledge gaps.
• Enrollment Support: Assist with the onboarding, admission, and registration processes for technology courses

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, or Human Resources.
• Technical Literacy: Basic to deep understanding of IT concepts, programming languages, and industry certifications.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and counseling skills to build trust and convey complex information simply.
• Sales & Persuasion: Often requires inside sales or target-driven skills in EdTech environments to convert leads into enrollments.
