We're Hiring Female Telecallers (SR Nagar, Hyderabad)


We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic and well-spoken English,Hindi Female Telecallers to join our growing organization in the abroad medical education sector.


Job Type : Work From Office


Preferred Candidate Profile : Immediate joiners

Role & responsibilities

  • No sales targets purely a counselling and student guidance role
  • Counselling students and parents regarding abroad medical education and MBBS admissions
  • Explaining course details, fee structures, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures
  • Calling and following up with prospective students and parents
  • Providing proper counselling support throughout the inquiry stage
  • Maintaining strong relationships with leads and ensuring a smooth admission journey


Preferred candidate profile


  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory (must be able to communicate clearly and confidently)
  • Basic communication skills in English or Telugu will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, voice process, or counselling preferred
  • Freshers with excellent Hindi communication are welcome to apply
  • Good listening skills, patience, and a polite approach
  • Confidence in handling parent and student queries professionally
