Job Description

Fiber Technician :


  1. Responsible for handling Service Requests / Installations
  2. Troubleshooting Fiber network connections
  3. Ensuring high-quality service delivery
  4. Customer support / Customer Service
  5. Coordination with teams to uphold network performance and reliability


Education

 10 + 2 / ITI / Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) / B.Tech / Any Degree


Experience

0 to 6 Years (Freshers are also eligible)


Age

18 – 35 Years


Two Wheeler

Must have a driving license and a Two-Wheeler


Smart Phone

Should have 4G / 5G smart phone
