Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic and confident field sales executives to promote rooftop solar systems directly to residential and small commercial customers. The role involves meeting customers at their homes/businesses, explaining solar benefits, and generating qualified leads for installations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned areas daily to meet potential customers door-to-door
• Educate homeowners about solar power, savings, and government subsidies (PM Surya Ghar etc.)
• Explain Arka Solar Power solutions and services clearly
• Identify customer requirements and collect basic site details
• Generate and submit qualified leads to the sales team
• Maintain daily visit reports and lead records
• Build trust and maintain a professional company image
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets
• RequirementsMinimum 10th / Intermediate / Any Degree
• Good communication skills in Telugu (Hindi/English is a plus)
• Willingness to work in field sales
• Basic understanding of solar energy (training will be provided)
• Ability to convince and interact with customers confidently
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Preferred QualitiesSelf-motivated and target-oriented
• Friendly personality and positive attitude
• Local area knowledge
• Prior field sales experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
