Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for canvassing a designated area of Hyderabad to identify standalone properties, capture high-quality photographs, do site visits with clients and establish contact with property owners and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

Area Coverage: Conduct daily field visits within a designated area of Hyderabad to identify standalone properties available for sale.

Property Identification: Utilise your keen eye for detail to identify potential properties suitable for our portfolio.

Photography: Capture clear and comprehensive photographs of identified properties to showcase their features and potential.

Lead Generation: Gather contact details of property owners and builders for follow-up and further engagement.

Relationship Building: Initiate and nurture relationships with property owners and builders to establish rapport and facilitate future sales opportunities.

Sales: By having accurate property information and relevant contacts, make the sale closures with interested clients by doing site visits and coordinating with the builder’s sales team.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources

Familiarity with the geography of Hyderabad and especially across Miyapur to Bachupally surrounding areas

Proficiency in using smartphones for photography and data collection
