Job Description
Job Title: Merchandiser – Automotive Industry (2-4 Years Experience)
Location: Delhi
Job Type: Full-time
Salary : 20-22k with other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
- Analyze sales figures, market trends, and customer behavior to anticipate product needs
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure timely product availability
- Monitor stock levels, initiate reorders, and manage inventory effectively
- Coordinate with visual merchandisers and store teams for product placement and promotions
- Prepare sales and performance reports for internal reviews
- Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing
- Support in new product launches, seasonal assortments, and promotional events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or retail planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of retail math and KPIs
- Experience with visual merchandising tools and software
- Familiarity with industry trends in [Apparel/FMCG/Electronics/etc.]
