Field Sales Executive

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients such as corporates, SMEs, travel agents, and tour operators
• Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and references
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients

2. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
• Regularly visit clients to understand their travel requirements
• Provide personalized travel solutions based on client needs

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Promote travel products such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, visa services, and corporate travel solutions
• Negotiate pricing and close deals with clients

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
• Identify new business opportunities in the travel sector

5. Product Presentation & Promotion

• Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to showcase travel packages and services
• Promote seasonal offers, group tours, and corporate deals

6. Coordination & Operations Support

• Coordinate with internal teams (ticketing, operations, visa team) for smooth service delivery
• Ensure bookings and travel arrangements are executed as per client requirements

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and reports
• Update CRM systems with client data and sales progress
• Submit daily/weekly field visit reports

8. Customer Service & Issue Resolution

• Handle client queries, complaints, and service issues promptly
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

9. Networking & Industry Engagement

• Attend travel exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate events
• Build partnerships with other travel agencies and vendors
