Job Title: Home Loan Sales Executive

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹33,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably in banking, NBFC, or financial services)

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Home Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, explaining, and closing home loan deals while ensuring excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads for home loans through various channels such as field visits, referrals, and cold calling
• Meet potential customers and understand their financial requirements
• Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and banks for loan processing and approvals
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals

• Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of home loan products and financial services
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (home loans, personal loans, or any financial product preferred)
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred for field work)
