Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and site mapping (apartments, hotels, commercial spaces).
  2. Meet potential clients (builders, facility managers, RWAs) and present company products.
  3. Conduct site surveys and understand client requirements for boom barriers and security systems.
  4. Coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate solutions and quotations.
  5. Follow up on leads regularly and convert them into sales.
  6. Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM with lead status and progress.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
  9. Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends in the security systems industry.
  10. Support in payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections from clients.
