Field Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for dynamic and proactive Residential & Referral Marketing Executives to drive local outreach and patient engagement. The role focuses on promoting services within residential communities and building strong referral networks with healthcare and wellness partners.

The ideal candidate will actively engage in on-ground marketing activities, generate leads through community interactions, and enhance brand visibility. This position requires a field-oriented approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to convert local connections into consistent patient footfall for the center.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular visits and awareness activities in residential societies, apartments, and gated communities
• Build and maintain referral networks with nearby clinics, doctors, pharmacies, and wellness centers
• Organize and manage on-ground activation events, health talks, camps, and promotional activities
• Distribute marketing materials and ensure branding visibility at partner and residential locations
• Track and report daily activities, leads generated, and conversion status
• Coordinate with the center team to ensure timely follow-up and smooth patient onboarding
• RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
• Strong local knowledge and network in the assigned area
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
• Prior experience in healthcare, field marketing, or referral marketing is an added advantage
