Field Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales agents to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales objectives, including lead generation through networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Client Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the property acquisition process.
• Deal Closure: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to final closing, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Market Analysis: Monitor real estate trends, competitor activity, and property pricing to ensure competitive positioning.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 5 + years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Leadership: Strong team management and coaching skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
• Compliance: Understanding of local property laws, RERA regulations, and legal procedures.
