📝 Job Role:
Field work (B2B Sales) – Visit retail outlets, generate orders, and coordinate with distributors.
🔧 Responsibilities:
• Visit retail outlets & generate orders
• Share orders with distributors & ensure delivery
• Promote products (Water, Juices, Snacks)
• Daily reporting through Bizom App
• Work under ASM guidance
🎯 Target & Incentive:
• Monthly Target: ₹1,00,000
• Incentive: 2% on target achievement
💰 Salary & Benefits:
• Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 (Take-home)
• Experience (6 months – 2 years): ₹30,000 (Take-home)
• TA/DA: ₹8,000/month
• Weekly Off: Sunday + Public Holidays
👤 Eligibility:
• 10th or Above
• Fresher or up to 2 years experience
• Must be comfortable with field sales
