Key responsibilitiesCustomer handling

  • Welcome walk-in customers warmly and make them feel comfortable at the showroom
  • Listen actively to understand the customer's needs, budget, and preferred use case
  • Present and demonstrate two-wheeler models with confidence and product knowledge
  • Arrange test rides and walk customers through EMI, insurance, and exchange options
  • Maintain a cheerful and professional attitude even during high-footfall hours


Problem solving

  • Handle common customer objections on price, colour availability, or delivery timelines calmly
  • Coordinate with senior colleagues or the service team when customer issues need escalation
  • Follow through on every complaint or request until the customer is fully satisfied
  • Stay solution-focused and keep a positive attitude when dealing with difficult situations


Business development

  • Follow up with leads from walk-ins, telecalling, and digital campaigns to drive conversions
  • Reach out to your personal network and community to generate referrals and new inquiries
  • Participate in dealership activities, local events, and product promotion camps enthusiastically
  • Work towards monthly unit targets and contribute to overall showroom revenue
  • Upsell accessories, AMC plans, and insurance products to increase per-customer value
