*Key Responsibilities*

• Design social media creatives, brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, newspaper ads, and marketing collateral.

• Create branding materials for project launches and marketing campaigns.

• Edit promotional videos, reels, walkthroughs, drone footage, and corporate videos.

• Design creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital marketing campaigns.

• Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline platforms.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute creative campaigns.

*Requirements*

• 2–5 years of experience in Graphic Design & Video Editing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.

• Strong understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and video editing.

• *Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.*

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.
