Hindi Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi language as per ICSE curriculum guidelines.
• Develop lesson plans covering grammar, literature, writing skills, and comprehension.
• Teach prose, poetry, and supplementary readers prescribed in the ICSE syllabus.
• Improve students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Hindi.
• Conduct regular class tests, unit tests, and assessments.
• Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Prepare students for ICSE board examinations conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations.
• Encourage participation in debates, speeches, and cultural/literary activities.
• Maintain student attendance and academic records.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.

Specific Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi.
• B.Ed. qualification preferred.
• Minimum 0–3 years of teaching experience (ICSE experience preferred).
• Strong command over Hindi grammar and literature.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate students and enhance language proficiency.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools (if applicable).
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
