• Job Responsibilities:Handle staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Assign daily tasks to employees and monitor work progress.
• Collect and maintain daily work reports.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth office operations.
• Track employee attendance and performance.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain employee records and office documentation.
• Support management in day-to-day operations.
• Requirements:Female candidates only.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior HR/Admin/Operations experience is preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
