Job Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage job postings across external job boards and internal platforms.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track candidate progress.
  • Screen resumes for basic qualifications and route candidates appropriately.
  • Communicate interview details, status updates, and document requirements to candidates.
  • Manage offer approval workflows and prepare offer letters.
  • Initiate and monitor background checks, reference checks, and medical checks.
  • Collect, verify, and file new hire documents in Workday for localized and non‑localized hires.
  • Share new hire details with CRES and IT for workspace, systems access, and equipment setup.
  • Send welcome emails and support onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain the New Hire Tracker and ensure accurate completion of Workday onboarding tasks.
  • Support IRG activities and assist with recruitment events or career fairs as needed.
