- Coordinate with Production Head for manpower requirement
- Maintain manpower budget
- Recruit:

- Conduct trade test before hiring
- Issue Appointment Letter
2 Attendance & Shift Management
- Maintain biometric attendance
- Daily absentee report to Production Head
- Shift allocation (Morning / Evening)
- Overtime calculation control
- Weekly off management
3 Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Salary preparation
- Overtime verification
- PF & ESI compliance
- Labour law compliance
- Bonus calculation
- Maintain employee records
4 Discipline & Control
- Issue Warning Letters
- Handle late coming
- Control mobile usage on shop floor
- Monitor uniform & safety compliance
- Handle worker conflicts
