Manpower Planning & Recruitment

• Coordinate with Production Head for manpower requirement
• Maintain manpower budget
• Recruit:

• Fabricators
• Installers
• Helpers
• Store staff
• Conduct trade test before hiring
• Issue Appointment Letter

2 Attendance & Shift Management

• Maintain biometric attendance
• Daily absentee report to Production Head
• Shift allocation (Morning / Evening)
• Overtime calculation control
• Weekly off management

3 Payroll & Statutory Compliance

• Salary preparation
• Overtime verification
• PF & ESI compliance
• Labour law compliance
• Bonus calculation
• Maintain employee records

4 Discipline & Control

• Issue Warning Letters
• Handle late coming
• Control mobile usage on shop floor
• Monitor uniform & safety compliance
• Handle worker conflicts

5 Employee Engagement & Retention

• Monthly worker meeting
• Solve grievances
• Exit interviews
• Reduce attrition
• Identify skill gap

6 Training & Skill Development

• Safety training
• Machine handling training
• 5S training
• New process training
• Installer training

7 Factory Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safety shoes & PPE
• Maintain accident register
• Coordinate fire drills
• First aid compliance
• Machine safety documentation

8 Documentation Control

Maintain:

• Employee file
• ID proof
• Bank details
• Offer letter
• Salary revision letter
• Warning letters
• Leave records

9 Performance Monitoring

• Productivity tracking
• Overtime abuse check
• Absentee pattern tracking
• Suggest manpower reduction if required

FACTORY HR KPI

• Absenteeism rate %
• Labour turnover %
• Overtime cost %
• Salary accuracy %
• Compliance status
• Disciplinary cases count
