Job Description


1. Liaison Between Students and Recruiters

  • Act as a bridge between students, faculty, and recruiters.
  • Communicate job openings, eligibility criteria, and recruitment process details to students.

2. Organizing Campus Recruitment Drives

  • Coordinate with HR teams to schedule campus interviews.
  • Coordinate campus drives, interviews, and placement activities.

3. Student Preparation & Support

  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and mock interviews.
  • Communicate job openings, eligibility criteria, and schedules to students.
  • Maintain and update student profiles and resumes in placement databases.

4. Data Management

  • Maintain student databases, placement records, and reports.
  • Organize training sessions, mock interviews, and resume-building support.

6. Compliance & Communication

  • Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with companies for hiring opportunities.

8. Feedback & Improvement

  • Collect feedback and suggest improvements based on industry requirements.
