Job Description: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·      Posting of vacancies in Linkedin, Naukri, Apna Indeed etc. zone wise

·      Drive Employee referral program

·      Source potential candidates relavant to the JD.

·      Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability.

·      Screening the candidates via - phone, video, or in-person to evaluate skills and fit.

·      Coordinate with the concerned HOD/ Zonal Managers / Cluster Managers.

·      Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and finalize employment agreements.

·      Pre Boarding Documentation.

·      Facilitate new hire paperwork and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

·      Maintain accurate records of applicants, interviews, and hiring decision in relevant drives

·      Cultivate a network of potential candidates and maintain relationships.

·      Maintain and prepare the Attrition report of the respective Zones

·      Referral data to be prepared and submit to payroll team

·      Send Introduction of the Joiner to the Zonal Head with Profile Synopsis.

Working days: 6 days [Work from Office]
