Job Description

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events
  • Assist in preparing HR documents (offer letters, policies, reports)
  • Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support
  • Support performance management and training initiatives
