Lead - Quality
Responsibilities
Quality Strategy:
Develop and implement quality management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Quality Assurance Leadership:
Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure compliance with industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
Process Development & Maintenance:
Oversee the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes, documentation, and systems to ensure consistency.
Audits & Assessments:
Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality benchmarks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Root Cause Analysis:
Lead root cause analysis for quality-related issues, identifying corrective and preventive actions to resolve recurring problems.
Reporting:
Develop and deliver detailed quality reports and performance metrics to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE):
Lead VA/VE initiatives to enhance product value while reducing costs, without compromising quality.
Business Excellence:
Drive business excellence initiatives, implementing best practices to optimize quality performance and operational processes.
Brand Positioning:
Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
Team Development:
Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.
Digital mindset:
Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
Work Experience:
12- 15 years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in construction projects.
Certification:
Preferred Quality Management Systems, or a related field.
