About the role

The Manager, IT Operations is responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, networks, and security/compliance operations to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services. The role manages and hands on experience on day-to-day IT operations, leads system administration activities, and ensures compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards while supporting business applications and technology initiatives, and vendor & contract management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Managerial experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration and Operations.
• Hands-on experience on Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise infrastructure management, VLANs, VPN, routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365 administration, collaboration tools, and SaaS platforms.
• Hands on experience on virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V) and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Hands on experience of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022/2025) and Linux server administration (Rocky Linux / RHEL-based distributions).
• Experience of internal and external IT audit process and compliance requirements with applicable standards.
• Hands on experience on IT security practices including endpoint protection, access management, and vulnerability mitigation.
• Experience managing IT vendors, infrastructure projects, and system implementations.
• Experience supporting product management and development teams, is a must.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities to coordinate with business teams and vendors.
• 3+ years of experience managing Information Security and compliance works is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, and end-user systems to ensure high availability and performance. 
• Manage identity and access management systems including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and enterprise authentication platforms.
• Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes including user provisioning and deprovisioning across enterprise systems.
• Manage and support enterprise collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and other SaaS productivity tools.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity controls including firewalls, endpoint protection, access controls, vulnerability management and Patch Management.
• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Hexnode, or equivalent to ensure device compliance, security, and policy enforcement.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead IT infrastructure projects including system upgrades, migrations, cloud implementations, and new technology deployments.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle management including procurement, allocation, tracking, and software license compliance.
• Prepare IT operational reports, monitor system performance metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
