Job Description

·        Making MIS Reports on Daily/weekly/ monthly basis

·       Meticulously working on the data collated for various departments (FARMING SALES, WTP & DESCALING SERVICES) and preparing comprehensive reports

·      Follow up and update the order prediction tracker for farming & regular customers with product & service category wise, in separate rows) as per last PO period and record the updates on daily basis.

·      Update the water sample collection tracker and lab report submission status for FARMING SALES on daily basis.

·      Update the Google ratings tracker for the ratings received from the customers of Farming, WTP Services and descaling services in technician wise.

·      Completion of other related tasks assigned by the in-charge.

·      Continuous knowledge developments on Products & CRM

·      Continuous knowledge developments on Products, MIS & CRM (work along within other executives for knowledge development)

·      For taking leaves, prior information to be given before 2 days to the In-Charge
