Office Administrator / Admin Executive


Job SummaryBNI is looking for a dependable and well-organized Office Administrator / Admin Executive for an urgent requirement in Hyderabad. This role focuses on handling day-to-day administrative operations, coordination, and documentation to ensure smooth office functioning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily coordination and follow-ups with internal teams and clients
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Handle calls, emails, and routine communication professionally
  • Track tasks and ensure timely completion of activities
  • Support overall administrative and office operations


Requirements

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently


Work Details

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Location: Hyderabad (Candidates staying near Begumpet preferred)
