Office Administrator / Admin Executive
Job SummaryBNI is looking for a dependable and well-organized Office Administrator / Admin Executive for an urgent requirement in Hyderabad. This role focuses on handling day-to-day administrative operations, coordination, and documentation to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily coordination and follow-ups with internal teams and clients
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Handle calls, emails, and routine communication professionally
- Track tasks and ensure timely completion of activities
- Support overall administrative and office operations
Requirements
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
Work Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Location: Hyderabad (Candidates staying near Begumpet preferred)
