Job title - Admin
Location - Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure cleanliness and organization
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain office records, files, and documentation
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required
• Support HR tasks like attendance, onboarding, and employee records
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry
Required Skills-
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in administrative roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
