Job Description

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, meeting rooms, and common office areas.
  • Handle courier dispatch and collect parcels/documents.
  • Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Purchase office supplies and pantry items as required.
  • Support the HR and Administration team with day-to-day activities.
  • Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
  • Deliver and collect documents from banks, vendors, or government offices when required.
  • Monitor office stationery and pantry stock and report replenishment needs.
  • Perform any other office support tasks assigned by the management.
