Job Description

Process Automation: Implement and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-driven sourcing tools to reduce manual screening time.

Compliance & Onboarding: Oversee the legalities of contract staffing, including labor law compliance, background verifications, and payroll coordination for outsourced staff.

Client Relations: Act as the escalation point for key clients regarding delivery delays or candidate quality issues.

Database Health: Monitor the "freshness" and categorization of the internal talent pool to ensure the agency can respond to urgent mandates instantly.

Performance Analytics: Track and report on key metrics like CV-to-Interview ratio, Offer-to-Join ratio, and Revenue per Consultant.
