Job Description
Site Supervisor – Roles and Responsibilities
1.Supervise daily construction/site activities.
2.Monitor workers and assign tasks efficiently.
3.Ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
4.Maintain quality standards and inspect ongoing work.
5.Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
6.Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
7.Monitor material usage and maintain inventory records.
8.Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
9.Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
10.Ensure project deadlines and targets are achieved.
11.Inspect equipment and machinery for proper operation.
12.Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and productivity.
