Position Overview 

We are seeking a passionate and student-focused International Student Advisor to guide prospective and current international students through admission, visa, and settlement processes while supporting them in achieving their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities 

· Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, courses, and university/college options.

· Guide students through the end-to-end admission process, including applications, SOP reviews, documentation, and interview preparation.

· Advise students on visa applications, financial documentation, and embassy requirements.

· Maintain updated knowledge of immigration regulations, university policies, and education trends.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other partners.

· Conduct information sessions, webinars, and workshops for students and parents.

· Handle student queries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

· Maintain accurate records of student applications, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM systems.

· Support students with pre-departure briefings, accommodation, travel, and settlement assistance.

· Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment and conversion targets.

· Represent the organization at education fairs, partner visits, and networking events.

· Encourage students to enroll in coaching programs (IELTS, GRE, etc.) or value-added services (loans, forex, insurance).

Key Skills & Competencies 

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory; additional languages a plus).

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

· Knowledge of international education systems, visa regulations, and admission requirements.

· Sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets while maintaining student satisfaction.

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online platforms.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Qualifications 

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, Business, or related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in student counseling, international admissions, or overseas education consulting.

· Prior experience handling applications for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Europe preferred.
